Raw Timber Material Purchasing
and Storage: Raw Birch Timber must be purchased during
December and April. Then
storage at the factory for whole
year production using.
2.
Sawing : According
to daily production plan, sawing the timber to required
sizes by industrial sawing machine.
3.
Soaking : Soaking the wood block
by high temperature water for 8 hours to make the wood
soften.
4.
Removing skin : Removing the skin
of wood.
5.
Slicing : Slicing the wood block
to the long strip slice by slicing machine.
6.
Punching : Punching the slice strip
to required shape by puncher.
7.
Drying and Polishing
: Loading the punched semi-products into the huge drying
rotary drunk by conveyor. The temperature is over 100 degree C, and timing is over 6 hours. According
to the design of drying drunk, the products would be polished
during the crushing with each other.
8.
Grades Sorting
I : Initial Sorting to
different grades by machine.
9.
Chamfering (option) : Chamfering
the edge by chamfering machine.
10.Re-Polishing : Re-Polishing the chamfered products by rotary drunk again.
11.Grades Sorting II : Sorting the grades manually.
12.Bundling : Arraying the sticks and Bundling by paper strip manually.
13.Hot-Stamping (option) : Hot-Stamping the required logo or characters on the
product by hot-stamp machine.
14.Packing (option) : According to the requirements, packing for Individual Paper
Wrapping
(by automatic machine), or zipper
polybag
(by manual loading), or Blister Packing
(Semi-auto machine)…etc.
15.Cartoning : Putting a bag
polybag inside the carton before
products loading into, in order to prevent for the moisture.
16.Storage : Storage the products in the warehouse. Keeping in the same temperature
and environment clean.
17.Sampling
QC : Inspecting the final product by sampling before
shipping.
18.Striping
: Strip the carton.
19.Shipping : Loading the
carton to container and deliver the container to Dalian
Sea port to ship to the customers world
widely.
